Q: Where are you located?

A: We operate out of Southeast Idaho. Specific training locations are provided upon registration for each class.

Q: Do you offer private training?

A: Yes. Private one-on-one or small-group sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule and training goals.

Training & Requirements

Q: Do I need to own a firearm to take a class?

A: Yes. Please confirm availability when you register.

Q: Are your classes beginner-friendly?

A: Absolutely. We start with safety fundamentals and build from there. No prior experience is required for our entry-level courses.

Q: Do you offer Idaho Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit training?

A: Yes. Our Idaho Enhanced Concealed Carry course meets all state requirements and includes both classroom instruction and live-fire qualification.


Q: What should I bring to class?

A: You’ll receive a full list when you register, but generally you’ll need:

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Appropriate firearm and ammunition

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Water and snacks

  • Holster

Safety

Q: How do you ensure safety during training?

A: Safety is our top priority. All classes begin with a thorough safety briefing. Instructors maintain strict range protocols, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe behavior.

Q: Are your instructors certified?

A: Yes. All Lone Pine Tactical instructors hold recognized firearms training certifications and have extensive experience in both teaching and real-world application.

Registration & Payment

Q: How do I sign up for a class?

A: You can register online through our website or contact us directly. Spots are limited, so early registration is recommended.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payment.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded

Legal & Miscellaneous

Q: Do I need a background check to take a class?

A: No background check is required for general firearms training. However, certain courses, like the Idaho Enhanced Concealed Carry class, require you to meet legal eligibility requirements.

Q: Can I bring a friend or family member to watch?

A: For safety reasons, we generally limit range areas to registered participants only, unless special arrangements are made.

Q: Do you offer group or corporate training?

A: Yes. We can tailor courses for security teams, businesses, and other organizations.
